Your mission

As part of DIA, you will play an important role in maintaining a stable and secure IT environment. You will monitor our network and system infrastructure in our data centres and in the public cloud (Microsoft Azure).

You are responsible for the administration of all (cloud) applications as well as user and authorisation management in Microsoft Azure AD with Conditional Access, SAML, SCIM. In addition, you will be responsible for the administration of the entire (cloud) firewall, virtualisation, WiFi infrastructure, backup management, mobile device management systems, Microsoft Endpoint Manager for Windows and Jamf Pro for MacOS and iOS and contribute to the further development of our Azure environment and the automation of our cloud infrastructure (e.g. through patch and backup management).

In your role, you will also monitor the security of our infrastructure and manage our PKI (certificates, etc.). As a member of the 2nd level support, you will also solve problems in the infrastructure and on the end devices of our employees.

Last but not least, you will also be responsible for managing our external service providers and suppliers in the infrastructure area.

Your profile

  • Training as an IT specialist for system integration or completed IT studies with several years of experience in a comparable position
  • Experience in the administration of Microsoft Azure AD, especially with a focus on security, user provisioning via SAML & SCIM, and conditional access.
  • Experience in the administration of firewalls, in our case Zscaler and OPNsense, as well as basic network management via switches, routing, VLAN, STP, etc.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows systems such as Windows 10 & 11 as well as MacOS, iOS and basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Not afraid of learning new systems and infrastructures

  • Experience in the administration, management and provisioning of clients and software via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (formerly Intune).
  • Experience in the administration, management and provisioning of clients and software via Jamf Pro for Apple Devices
  • Experience with virtualisation such as VMWare eSXI and backup systems such as Veeam

  • Basic DNS and hosting experience to support colleagues in customer projects, e.g. with SPF, DMARC, DKIM
  • Experience with administration using Google Workspace as well as Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
