As a leading international manufacturer of diode lasers for the industrial processing of materials, Laserline is the epitome of this innovative technology. More than 5,000 high-power diode lasers from Laserline are currently in use worldwide, demonstrating their performance in a wide variety of processes and applications. Laserline has international subsidiaries in the USA, Brazil, Japan, China and South Korea as well as representatives in Europe (France, Great Britain, Italy) and in the Asia-Pacific region (Australia, India, Taiwan).
Laserline mapped sales and service processes via ERP proAlpha and Microsoft Sharepoint. Due to a multi-level sales process with international subsidiaries, integrators and distribution partners, the data situation was confusing and process control was difficult. Due to strict confidentiality in various projects, there were special requirements for rights management (need-to-know principle).
In particular, the Salesforce platform was to be used to optimally map the multi-stage sales process and the integration of third parties and to network them with service processes.

With Salesforce Sales Cloud, Laserline's multi-stage sales process was implemented cleanly. Particular focus was placed on a reliable global sales forecast and limited access to information as a result of the existing confidentiality.
Service and field service processes were mapped via the Service Cloud.
Salesforce runs tightly integrated with ERP proAlpha.
