At DIA, we make it possible for our colleagues to do voluntary work alongside their jobs and away from the charity campaigns that we run as an employer, and to give something back to the world and society.

These can be very different projects, such as looking after a local bookcase, working for the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW) or even social dog missions, where employees visit schools, old people's homes, hospitals or hospices with their four-legged friends.

We are proud of the voluntary commitment of our colleagues.
