Himalayan Care Foundation Presentation

In July, we had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Walter Staaden and his Nepalese colleague Sonam Gyaljen Sherpa from the Himalayan Care Foundation (HCF) to our HQ in Wetzlar for a very special presentation.

For once, the topic had only marginally to do with digitization:
HCF supports children with handicaps in underdeveloped regions of the Himalayas. The association is particularly concerned with the provision of food and schooling for the children.

Many thanks to both speakers for great insights into the many clever projects of the HCF and their valuable work in the Himalayas. 
We as DIA will also participate as a sponsor in the future and thus support the important work of Dr. Staaden and all others involved.
