Your mission
- Management of Salesforce customer projects in various industries
- Consulting of small to large customers in the design and optimization of processes in sales, service and marketing with Salesforce
- Management, planning, control and documentation of projects of different size and complexity including stakeholder management
- Supporting our customers in managing complex projects or programs
- Responsibility for project results in terms of time, quality, budget, scope, benefits and risks
- Contributing to the expansion of our client relationships and further development of our consulting methods
- Accompanying and accelerating senior management decision making
Your profile
- Very good knowledge and practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall).
- Several years of experience with IT implementation projects across all project phases, from conception to user training
- Ideally certificates in project management (PMI, Prince, GPM/IPMA)
- Good understanding of customer-related business processes in the areas of sales, marketing and service
- Knowledge in the use or administration of CRM systems is an advantage
- Motivation, creative power, independent and structured action characterize you
- Fluent in German and English (min. C2 in both languages)
